How we use your details.

What we collect: the name, phone number, email, address, area, pincode, landmark, optional map location, measurements and preferences you enter on our forms.

How you found us: with each enquiry, and when you tap our WhatsApp or call buttons, we note the page you were on, the website that sent you, and any advert campaign tag in the link. It tells us which pages and adverts are useful. It isn't used to identify you anywhere else.

Why: only to contact you about your order, schedule a measurement visit, make your garment and deliver it.

Who sees it: the Darzi Direct team and the partner tailor we assign to your order. We don't sell or share your details for marketing.

Where it's kept: in our order sheet (Google Workspace) and on WhatsApp when you message us.

How long: for as long as you're a customer, so repeat orders use your saved measurements. Ask us any time to see, correct or delete your data.
